SAK Solutions follows how work, material, information and decisions actually move through the factory. The diagnostic turns observed problems into an agreed operating blueprint and a clear decision on process change, standard Mizantra capability, configuration, integration or a scoped extension.

Our approach combines enterprise software experience since 2008 with hands-on fastener manufacturing experience since 2015. Operators and managers help validate the findings; technology is fitted only after the required control is understood.

1. Understand the current state

We interview operators and managers, follow a representative order and its exceptions, and review the records and data available. The client receives a current-state process map and an agreed problem statement.

2. Diagnose causes and priorities

We examine bottlenecks, ownership, stock and WIP reconciliation, quality, hand-offs and decision delays. The client receives a prioritised issue register with evidence, baseline measures and root-cause hypotheses for validation.

3. Design the improved operating model

We agree responsibilities, controls, standard data, approvals and a practical future process. The client receives an improvement blueprint with priorities, accountable owners and an implementation sequence.

4. Fit the system transparently

Each requirement is classified as standard capability, configuration, integration, scoped extension or a process change. The client receives a fit-gap matrix, scope boundaries, dependencies and a costed implementation proposal.

5. Implement and support adoption

When implementation is commissioned, SAK prepares data, configures controls, tests realistic exceptions, trains users by role and manages controlled go-live. The agreed outputs are accepted workflows, operating ownership and a defined support arrangement.

6. Review evidence and improve

At scheduled reviews, agreed operational measures are compared with the baseline. The client receives a progress review and prioritised next actions; no generic saving or performance percentage is promised.

What SAK needs from the client

Access to nominated operators and managers, representative transactions and exceptions, relevant records and master data, timely decisions, and an accountable client sponsor. Access and confidentiality requirements are agreed before substantive work begins.

Scope and commercial boundaries

An introductory conversation is separate from the substantive diagnostic. Fee, duration, sites, access, sample size, handover terms and any implementation work are stated in the proposal. A Mizantra purchase is not implied unless the agreed commercial arrangement says so.

The decision at the end

The diagnostic gives management an evidence-based choice: correct the process, adopt standard capability, configure Mizantra, integrate an existing system, commission a scoped extension, or defer the change.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a software demonstration?

No. The substantive diagnostic begins with the operation and its evidence. Product demonstrations are used only where they help assess a defined requirement.

What will we receive?

The proposed package includes a current-state map, issue register, improvement blueprint, fit-gap matrix and implementation proposal. The signed proposal confirms the exact outputs for the engagement.

How long does it take?

Duration depends on the sites, processes, people, data and sample transactions in scope. The proposal states the expected duration and access requirements after the introductory discussion.

Must we buy Mizantra afterwards?

Not unless that commercial arrangement is stated and accepted. The diagnostic should make the implementation decision and its alternatives explicit.

Do you automate our existing process exactly as it is?

Not automatically. Diagnosis may identify a process that should be simplified or corrected before technology is configured.
