Qutub Kothari

Founder & Managing Director | SAK Solutions

Bridging enterprise technology and real-world manufacturing.

Qutub Kothari combines enterprise software expertise with more than a decade of hands-on manufacturing experience. His professional journey across Kuwait, India and the UAE enables him to connect technology strategy with the practical realities of running complex operations.

He founded SAK Solutions in Kuwait in 2008, establishing its foundations in enterprise software and ERP solutions. His subsequent involvement in fastener manufacturing gave him direct responsibility across procurement, inventory, production, quality, workforce management, maintenance and delivery.

This experience shaped an operations-first approach: understand the business before recommending the technology. Today, he focuses on identifying process gaps, strengthening operational controls and implementing practical systems that produce measurable results.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

Our software experience taught us how systems should work. Manufacturing taught us what operations actually need.

We see a business as a connected flow of material, information, decisions and cash—not as a collection of software modules.

We begin with the real operating flow, identify gaps in data, control and accountability, then implement the process and technology changes that fit. Outcomes and measures are agreed for each engagement rather than promised as a generic percentage.
Security, access, audit and applicable compliance requirements are documented during discovery and verified against the selected solution and hosting arrangement. We do not claim a universal compliance status without assessing the specific requirement.
Integration feasibility is assessed against the actual system, available APIs, data quality, security and process ownership. We recommend an interface only after confirming the technical and operating requirements.
We design role-based workflows, test them with representative users, provide task-focused training and support a controlled go-live. Adoption is monitored through real usage and transaction quality.
