ERP implementation consultancy UAE
ERP implementation governed from requirement to operating result
SAK Solutions helps UAE manufacturers translate operational requirements into controlled workflows, usable data and accountable implementation decisions.
Define the problem before selecting the system
Document the business decisions, controls and evidence the operation needs. A requirements process should expose current workarounds, spreadsheet dependencies, approval gaps and data weaknesses before products are compared.
Protect process ownership
Operational leaders must own the future workflow while technology teams govern architecture, access and integration. Clear decision rights prevent the implementation partner from becoming the permanent owner of business policy.
Design migration as a control exercise
Items, suppliers, customers, BOMs, routings, balances and open transactions need named owners, acceptance rules and reconciliation. Moving poor data faster does not create a reliable ERP.
Test the exceptions that happen in real factories
Testing should cover shortages, partial completion, rejection, rework, substitute material, outside processing, returns, urgent orders and month-end reconciliation. The ideal transaction path is only the starting point.
Make adoption measurable
Role-based training, readiness criteria, daily exception review and transaction-quality measures reveal whether the system is becoming normal operating practice. Login counts alone do not prove adoption.
Stabilise before declaring success
After go-live, reconcile inventory, WIP, costing and financial postings while monitoring unresolved exceptions and user behaviour. Improvement work should continue against agreed business measures.
